Bo Ram Hong is an associate in the firm’s international arbitration and cross-border litigation practice. Ms Hong has represented both domestic and international clients in arbitration cases under the rules of the ICC, KCAB, CIETAC, ICSID, and LCIA. Ms Hong's arbitration experience has covered various fields including M&A, construction, outbound investment, joint ventures, sales of goods and trade, and investor-state disputes. She is a member of Legal Advisory Panel for Outbound Small to Medium Businesses of Ministry of Justice of Republic of Korea. She often writes on international arbitration trends for the publications by various media, including "Recent changes to the Korean arbitration landscape (Co-author, IBA Arbitration News, Vol. 22, No. 1)"and "South Korea, Chambers Global Practice Guide: International Arbitration (Co-author, Chambers & Partners, 2018) . She also has been assisting in preparing the Korean Chapter of Getting the Deal Through - Arbitration since 2016.
