Christoph Lächler specialises in private equity and M&A transactions. He advises national and international investors and companies on cross-border corporate acquisitions and sales, add-on transactions, joint ventures and other cooperation agreements. His clients include not only strategic investors, but also family equity investors.
Christoph Lächler has particular expertise in the lifes ciences and healthcare sectors and advises, in particular, on M&A transactions in outpatient and inpatient care.
Christoph Lächler has been with CMS since 2007. In 2017, he was appointed partner. In addition to his legal practice, he has been teaching at the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship since 2011.
