Liana has more than 10 years of experience in commercial law, with expertise in contracts and negotiation.
Liana graduated in law from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro in 2004. She has postgraduate studies in tax law at Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais and business administration at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (COPPEAD) as well as negotiation course at The Wharton School.
She worked at Ambev from 2005 to 2013, negotiating strategic and multilateral agreements, managing litigation, dealing with tax authorities and regulatory bodies such as advertisement and product distribution. At L.O. Baptista Lawyers, in São Paulo, Liana initiated the advertising protection department and has worked on commercial and construction agreements. In 2018, she joined Sobrosa & Accioly Advogados asset recovery team.
A Portuguese native speaker, Liana is fluent in English and Spanish.
