Nina Stiglitz is an attorney at law who has been involved in complex commercial litigation from the very start of her legal career. She has carved notable expertise in diverse areas such as competition, trademark, IP, IT and media law where she regularly counsels clients in highly complex, high-profile matters.
Nina has attracted very positive attention from colleagues and clients alike due to her tremendously creative way of thinking and unique ability to see the whole picture. Clients are also impressed with her deep economic understanding of matters, which augments her considerable legal expertise, and her persistence in achieving their goals. In the yearly published trend Anwaltsranking, she was placed Top 2 in the category "Die auffälligsten Junganwälte (unter 30)" (The most noticeable young attorneys under 30) in 2018.
Nina joined our team shortly after receiving her law degree (Mag.iur) from the University of Salzburg in 2012. In 2011 she participated in the ‘European Private Law’ summer school. Unlike many other associates, she always set herself apart with her outstanding legal and personal capabilities, her strong ability to connect the dots and quickly think on her feet. Thus, she soon took over instructions under the supervision of Vavrovsky Heine Marth partner Dieter Heine and successfully handled client communication and court appearances. Just recently, Nina co-published ‘Intellectual Property Law, Supplement AUSTRIA’ in International Encyclopaedia of Laws, Wolters Kluwer Law & Business (2017) together with Dieter Heine and Fabian Rischka. We believe that she has the potential to become one of Austria’s leading dispute resolution experts.
