Adam Kędziora specialises in advising clients in the gas and electricity sector.
His experience includes in particular advising on regulatory issues (including matters related to licences, tariffs or natural gas storage obligation), connecting to the gas and electricity systems, electricity sales contracts, trade in natural gas as well as day-to-day operations of energy companies. He has participated in projects related to the development of procedures, rules and standard contracts for gas transmission network operator. He advised in various matters related to structuring the presence of energy companies on the electricity and natural gas markets. His experience also involves supporting clients in REMIT-related issues.
He advises clients from the renewable energy sector, in particular provided legal assistance in relation to wind farm and photovoltaic investments. He participated in legal analyses (due diligence) and purchase transactions concerning wind farms, and in ongoing advisory services related to the construction and operation of wind farms.
