With a keen interest from the start towards foreign laws, Aurelia Grignon graduated both from Kings’college London University and Paris I pantheon Sorbonne with a degree in English and French law in 2004.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007, Aurélia Grignon joined Soulez Larivière & Associés as soon as she was sworn in.
Since joining the Firm, Aurélia Grignon has developed a strong expertise in criminal law and white collar crime, which is the firm's core activity, as well as in all areas of aviation (from criminal cases related to air accidents to product liability disputes in the aviation sector). Her strong experience in criminal litigation also leads her to intervene very regularly in commercial litigation and contractual liability matters.
Sensitive to the new issues raised by the development of transnational litigation (particularly in the area of anti-corruption legislation) and their effects on business confidentiality and the protection of personal and/or confidential data, Aurélia Grignon is now involved in many cases related to these issues, and has a perfect command of international and Community legal instruments for judicial cooperation.
Aurelia Grignon has been distinguished by the Best Lawyers in France 2019 for Criminal Defense and Aviation
