Mr. Saurabh Tiwari is a Partner in the Regulatory Practice group with focus on cross border trade and transactional issues. He has graduated from the National Law University, Jodhpur. He has a keen interest in Exchange Control Laws & International Trade and WTO advisory In his role, he has advised on structuring of several cross border M&As, assisted various multi-nationals in establishing an India presence and has been recently focusing on Trade Remedies and WTO Disputes Practice at the Firm.
Mr. Tiwari’s expertise encompasses commercial laws, inbound & outbound investments, exchange control transactions, foreign contributions, telecommunications, and commercial contracts. He is also a member of the award winning pro bono practice of the Firm. Accredited for his detail centric approach, research and analytical skills, he has proposed strategic & business oriented solutions in complex factual matrices. He works very closely with the Central Government on the policy front and has also concluded several successful compounding hearings before the Reserve Bank of India.
Saurabh regularly writes in international journals, including the International Transfer Pricing Journal, India Business Law Journal and VC Circle. During his academic pursuit, he was the students’ Convener of the University’s Academic Committee and regularly represented the University & won several awards in moot court competitions.
