Omar Abdel Aziz is a senior associate with the firm’s arbitration group. His professional experience involves working on complex disputes and transactions. He advises the firm’s clients on several matters under Egyptian law and private international law, in addition to matters involving transnational and cross-border aspects. Moreover, he is involved in prosecuting institutional and ad hoc arbitral proceedings.
Omar Abdel Aziz obtained an LLB in 2007 and LLM in 2010 in comparative private law with honours from Cairo University, master’s in philosophy (MPhil degree) in 2013 from University of London, and is expected to receive his Phd in 2018 in comparative contract law.
Furthermore, he is skilled in legal research and has notable expertise on civil and commercial law issues as well as European private law.
