Ginevra Biadico is a public law lawyer based in Norton Rose Fulbright’s Milan office. Ginevra has experience of advising on regulatory issues in the context of domestic and international project finance and M&A transactions in the energy, pharmaceutical and real estate sectors, as well as experience advising on environmental law and data protection issues. Ginevra earned her law degree (JD equivalent) from Luigi Bocconi University in 2009 with a final dissertation regarding in house providing of local public services and qualified as an Italian lawyer in 2012. Prior to joining the Norton Rose Fulbright practice, Ginevra worked for a leading UK firm and a boutique international firm having worked as in-house legal advisor for one of Europe’s leading energy companies previously, advising on a wide range of matters, including permitting, town planning, energy regulatory law and project contracts. Ginevra is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English. Ginevra has lectured on 'General Principles of Public Law' at the master's course 'Diritto e Impresa' organised by IlSole24Ore.
