María Fernanda is member of the Labour, Social Security and Immigration practice group of Sánchez Devanny. She has experience in litigation in labour matters before the Federal and Local Conciliation and Arbitration Boards in the Mexican Republic. She has also represented companies in litigation and labour consultancy, from various sectors such as automotive, pharmaceutical, transport and manufacturing.
María Fernanda provides advice in general labour matters and immigration. In addition to her experience in labour litigation, María Fernanda has developed a specialisation in labour administrative litigation, derived from her work with labour inspections carried out by the Secretary of Labour and Social Welfare.
She has assisted clients in immigration procedures before the National Institute of Immigration, including the registration of several companies before the NII, naturalisation proceedings, change of temporary resident status and obtaining work visas for foreigners.
