Mrs. Farías works as attorney of the Regulated Markets area at the firm, since 2014, advising Chilean and foreign clients in public and private infrastructure projects, energy projects, sanitary projects, public bidding processes, among other matters.
Before working at the firm, from 2010 to 2014, Mrs. Farías worked in the Ministry of Public Works, providing legal advice in several infrastructure projects, financed with fiscal or private resources, through the public works concession system.
Additionally, during her performance at the Ministry of Public Works, Mrs. Farías acted as legal advisor in projects developed with funds from the World Bank, for the modernization of the State of Chile.
She has been recently highlighted due to her performance by the international ranking The Legal 500, in the Public Law field.
Mrs. Farías studied at the Universidad Diego Portales School of Law, and obtained her law degree in 2010. Subsequently, in 2012 she obtained a Diploma in Economic Administrative Law at the Universidad Católica de Chile, and the last year she obtained a Master of Laws degree, with mention in regulatory law, at the same University.
Mrs. Farías is member of the Bar Association of Chile A.G., and she speaks Spanish and English.
