Susanna Gut represents clients in complex commercial litigation and in international arbitration. Further, she advises on contract law and data protection law.
She is a member of the CMS Dispute Resolution team. Prior to joining CMS, Susanna worked for several years with a major international law firm in Zurich where she focused on litigation and arbitration.
In 2014, she published her PhD thesis with regard to the possibility to decide disputes between investors and financial intermediaries by arbitration. Before she was admitted to the bar in 2013, she worked as a clerk at the District Court of Horgen. Susanna studied at the University of Zurich and at Boston University.
She works in English and in her native German language.
