Yo Uraoka

Yo Uraoka specialises in transactional and regulatory matters in the drug, medical device and life science industries, and has earned an outstanding reputation and has accumulated a vast experience in these fields. He regularly provides advice on M&A and other transactions as well as regulatory issues in the drug and medical device industries. He graduated from the University of Tokyo (LLB) in 2000 and from the University of Southern California, School of Law (LLM) in 2008. He is admitted to practise law in both Japan and New York.
