Benjamin specialises in financial regulatory law. He advises credit institutions, insurance companies, payment services, financial service providers and investment managers on financial supervisory law. His practice focuses in particular on investment and banking supervisory law.
Benjamin studied at the universities of Bayreuth, Göttingen and Berlin. He has been an associated partner with Gleiss Lutz since 2015. In 2015, he was also seconded to a European central bank. Benjamin speaks German and English.
