Jui-Hua Fan is a partner at Formosa Transnational and specializes in commercial dispute resolution, corporate and investment law, as well as litigation and arbitration. She has advised many international companies on corporate and financial matters and continuously assists clients in obtaining numerous satisfactory results. Jui-Hua is fluent in English, Japanese, and is a native Chinese speaker, and has long-standing experience in providing professional legal services to Japanese companies. She also serves as an arbitrator in many arbitration associations.
Jui-Hua is currently the Secretary General of the Taipei Bar Association, the Supervisor of Japanese Scholarship Association, and the President of Kobe University Taiwan Alumni Society. Apart from being admitted to the Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Miaoli, Tainan, and Kaohsiung Bar Associations, she is also a member to Inter-Pacific Bar Association as well as the Taiwan Law Society. Jui-Hua has also served as Chairperson of the Financial and Economic Laws Committee of Taiwan National Bar Association, as well as the Visiting Scholars International Center for Comparative Law and Politics at the University of Tokyo.
Jui-Hua was qualified as a lawyer in 1994. She obtained her LLB degree at National Taiwan University, which is generally recognized as the leading university in Taiwan. She has also taken the courses for a Master of Law at the Graduate School of Law at National Kobe University in Japan.
