Eda Demirel is a German qualified corporate lawyer admitted with the New York Bar (US) and senior courts of England and Wales. She leads DLA Piper’s global international corporate reorganisations practice and as such, advises mainly multinationals. Eda specialises in the design and implementation of complex international corporate reorganisations, often triggered by a merger, carve-out/ spin-off, legal entity rationalisation or regulatory change. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams from across the firm, Eda coordinates an optimal delivery of our clients’ projects in a cost-effective and efficient way.
Eda has lived and worked in New York, Geneva and London, working for leading professional services and law firms. She speaks English, French, German and Turkish.
