Kai-Hua Yu is a senior counsel at LCS & Partners and has a broad range of experience in mergers and acquisitions, both public and private. He represented CoAdna in its acquisition by II-VI, Royal DSM in its acquisition of AGI and Integrated Memory Logic in its acquisition by Exar and later sale to E-Town Chipone. He has been recognized for corporate and M&A in Taiwan by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
In addition to his M&A practice, Mr. Yu also advises international and domestic clients on venture capital financings, joint ventures, public offerings and other cross-border transactions. He has also worked on several renewable energy projects in Taiwan and Oceania.
Mr. Yu is admitted to the bar in California. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his A.B. from Harvard College. Prior to joining LCS & Partners in 2009, Mr. Yu was an associate at Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles.
