Calvin is an Australian-qualified lawyer with extensive cross-border experience gained through legal practice in Asia, Africa and the Middle East. As Partner for Corporate Services at ICR (Thailand) Limited, Calvin has expertise in reviewing Thai company structures and advising on corporate matters, assisting with foreign investment applications and preparing contractual agreements.
Prior to joining ICR, Calvin trained in international dispute resolution with a focus on arbitration in the Middle East and North Africa region. In this role, Calvin worked as part of teams advising on high-value arbitrations brought under the ICC rules, primarily across the construction sector, and frequently involving aspects of Islamic law and Middle Eastern legislation.
Prior to that, Calvin worked and interned in Egypt, Ghana and Thailand, for a large intergovernmental organisation, a small consulting firm and a non-governmental organisation.
