Klemen Radosavljević is a Contract Partner who joined Wolf Theiss in 2008 and has been working in the areas of banking & finance, corporate/M&A, energy law and regulatory (including competition law and Data Protection). His career experience includes advising on various aspects of energy projects, and a wide range of corporate M&A and joint ventures. Klemen advises several international corporations on local competition law issues and on various local regulatory requirements. Klemen graduated from the University of Ljubljana and obtained a master of laws (LL.M.) degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Klemen worked for another regional law firm.
