Dr Andreas Fillmann’s practice focuses on corporate finance, banking and capital markets. He provides clients with comprehensive corporate financial advice, including venture capital financings, capital market transactions as well as restructuring and strategic advisory. His experience covers all kinds of equity and debt securities transactions and also derivatives. In addition, he advises on financial regulatory issues, sanctions, funds, admission to listings on stock exchanges and issues related to the law on prospectuses. He advises clients, which include domestic and international operating corporations, banks and financial services providers, on a wide range of issues in the corporate and financial services area, as well as regulatory matters. In particular, he advises on financing-related questions, risk management and compliance matters with an emphasis on cross-border transactions. Furthermore, he assists leading German associations, such as the Association of Alternative Investment Funds and The Association of Foreign Banks in regard to regulatory aspects. He is a member of the European Finance Association, International Banking Federation, Center for International Legal Studies, Deutsches Aktieninstitut, and the German and Frankfurt Bar Association.
