With 10 years of experience, Fernando has extensive experience in civil and commercial disputes, between national and international major companies, before either ordinary courts or arbitration tribunals. In particular, Fernando has a sound knowledge in the fields of civil, commercial, insolvency and restructuring Law, and he has also provided advice on public and private international law as well as on administrative and white-collar crimes disputes.
Fernando’s client portfolio includes national and international listed companies. He regularly advises clients on matters concerning contractual liability, disputes between shareholders, challenging of corporate agreements and decisions of management boards, directors’ liability, stock markets, unfair competition, private equity issues and construction agreements.
Fernando holds an LLB and a BB.A from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, as well as a postgraduate course on national and international arbitration from Instituto de Empresa.
Fernando regularly cooperates with several national and international newspapers and specialised journals, in the publication of articles on international litigation and arbitration, and he has also been a speaker in several specialised seminars.
Fernando is fluent in Spanish and English and he also understands French and Portuguese.
