Xiuchao Yin


Xiuchao Yin is the senior partner at Beijing office of Dentons China and serves as the leader in the China region in the Insolvency and Restructuring Group of Dentons. He graduated from Renmin University with a PHD in economics, also, he holds a master’s degree in law from Peking University and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Yanshan University.

He specialises in insolvency and restructuring and has extensive experience in representing a range of different parties including debtors, creditors and investors to deal with complex legal issues. He participates in a number of significant insolvency and restructuring projects, such as Huai Mine Modern Logistics co Ltd’s bankruptcy reorganisation; liquidation project of Subsidiary of Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd; KEA corporation bankruptcy project (the first Insolvency Case in Tajikistan) Shen te Iron & Steel Group’s restructure outside of court Zhejiang Glass' bankruptcy reorganisation, CNNC; Hua Yuan Titanium Dioxide Co Ltd’s bankruptcy reorganisation, Subsidiary of China State Farms Agribusiness (group) Corporation’s bankruptcy reorganisation.

Based on the professional legal service and significant experience he served as the government counsel, a member of the expert advisory committee of Civil administrative supervision case of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of the People’s Republic of China; consultant expert of major emergency’s disposal in Beijing; the Secretary-General of All China Lawyer Association Restructuring and Insolvency; Executive Director of Beijing Bankruptcy Law Society, also, he is the Mediator of Mediation Centre of China Chamber of International Commerce and a member of INSOL Counsel Commercial Law Institute of China Law Society and a committee member of the Bankruptcy Professional Committee of International Bar Association.
