Anne Laure Bandle primarily advises clients in matters related to works of art and collectibles on a wide range of matters including transactions, cross-border movement, due diligence, authenticity, ownership, restitution and artist’s rights.
Anne Laure also practises law with regard to copyright, contracts, estate planning, foundations and trusts.
Clients she represents include artists and their estates, authors, composers, producers, collectors, dealers, art foundations and charities, auction houses, galleries and museums.
Anne Laure is the director of the Art Law Foundation based in Geneva and a lecturer in copyright, art and entertainment law at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. She also regularly teaches art law at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Anne Laure holds a PhD in law from the University of Geneva.
