Jindřich Kalíšek is an attorney at law specialising in information technology law, in particular issues relating to software, on-line services, e-commerce and the protection of privacy and personal data on the internet.
Jindřich graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where he received a Doctorate (JUDr.), and a Master’s (Ing.) from the University of Economics in Prague in Finance and Management. Before joining PRK Partners in 2017, he worked as a consultant and manager of the development department in a major Czech software company and subsequently as an attorney specialising in IP/IT law at several domestic law firms. Jindřich also acts as a court-appointed mediator for dispute resolution in civil, labour and consumer matters.
Jindřich has extensive experience in providing legal advice on business transactions under public scrutiny, comprehensive restructuring of public companies, and in the legislative process as it pertains to public law. Jindřich has also provided legal support and advice to both commercial entities and public authorities with regard to the GDPR and eIDAS regulations.
Jindřich is fluent in Czech, English and German. He has a basic command of Spanish.
