Federico Sartore is specialised in the field of IT and technology law, in particular with regard to privacy and data protection aspects. Other main areas of interest consist in cybersecurity, e-identification and trust services, technological development of undertakings.
He graduated cum laude from Trento University in 2015 with the thesis ‘Big Data: privacy and intellectual property in a comparative perspective’.
Associate at Panetta & Associati from 2017, Federico is a PhD student at Maastricht University and participates as speaker to conferences and seminars on European data protection law and legal aspects of Big Data technologies. He currently contributes to national and international law reviews and journals.
