Trained in both civil and common law, Guillaume specialises in cross-border commercial disputes, with a specific focus on international arbitration.
Guillaume has acted as counsel or secretary to the arbitral tribunal under most of the major arbitral rules. He has undertaken a one year secondment in the international arbitration practice of Linklaters London in 2017 and is a member of various arbitration associations.
Guillaume is also a teaching assistant in private international law at the University of Brussels, and monitors the legal developments in this field for leading legal journals and blogs. He regularly publishes on various topics relating to his practice, such as international arbitration, investment protection and third party funding.
