Juan Pablo Menna is a partner in the Tax Practice Group in Baker McKenzie, Buenos Aires. He has extensive experience advising clients on tax planning. He also assists and represents clients in complex tax litigation cases particularly in connection to transfer pricing matters. He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies.
He has written several articles on tax issues for numerous publications. Additionally he was a professor in Austral University.
He has been nominated as leading tax lawyer (by International Tax Review 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 editions).
