Juan Pablo Menna is a partner in the tax practice group at Baker McKenzie in Buenos Aires. He has extensive experience in advising clients on tax planning. He also assists and represents clients in complex tax litigation cases, particularly in connection with transfer pricing matters. He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies.
He has written several articles on tax issues for numerous publications, and was a professor at Austral University.
He has been nominated as a leading tax lawyer by International Tax Review (2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 editions).
