He has advised on numerous IT projects involving comprehensive implementation of software in both traditional and SaaS models. He advises on advertising and unfair competition issues. He handles issues of copyright, license agreements, technology transfer, and infringement of IP rights. Many of his clients are companies from the IT sector and various industry sectors.
His professional interests also include legal aspects of the application of the latest technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, the internet of things, and cybersecurity. He has great experience advising tech startups.

He is a cofounder of the Public Procurement Law Association and LegalTech Polska, a forum for exchange of ideas and knowledge about the law of new technologies and the role of IT in legal services.

He is an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration of the Audiovisual Market at the Polish Audiovisual Producers Chamber of Commerce, and an expert at the council of the Polish IT and Telecommunications Chamber.
