David Kupka is an associate within the Antitrust and Competition department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Brussels.
David graduated from the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg (France) with a master in International and European business law. Before moving to Strasbourg, he studied European and French business law at the University of Montpellier I (France), where he also obtained a diploma in International law.
Before joining Willkie in September 2015, David worked as associate in the competition department of Linklaters LLP’s Paris office. Prior to his qualification, he completed internships within the competition departments of highly ranked French law firms Bredin Prat and Viguié Schmidt Peltier Juvigny. He also worked at the competition and EU law department of Areva, the French nuclear and renewable power company, and at the Antitrust Telecom Unit of the Directorate-General for competition of the European Commission in Brussels.
David speaks French, English, Slovak and Czech. He also has a fair knowledge of German.
