Aram Orbelyan: Aram Orbelyan is a Senior Partner at Concern Dialog Law Firm. He is leading the litigation and arbitration practice of the firm since 2014. Aram Orbelyan holds a Law degree and PhD in Law from MGIMO University.
Aram Orbelyan was head of the regulatory (including mining) practice in 2009-2010, before he joined the Ministry of Justice as deputy minister in 2010. Since 2014, when he returned to the firm, he has supported several major transactions in mining sector, including managing the local lawyers teams in supporting the sale of the second biggest mining company in Armenia. He is representing the Government of Armenia in ICSID arbitration, as well as has represented other clients in international and local arbitrations, as well as high-level court cases, including mining and mining taxation related issues.
