Elsa Arbrandt is a partner in the Dispute Resolution group at Cederquist where she regularly acts as legal counsel in both commercial litigation, and domestic and international arbitration. In addition to general contract and tort law, Elsa is also an expert in EU and competition law and has on several occasions acted as legal expert on Swedish law before European courts, e.g. in follow-on damages cases. Elsa is a documented successful litigator and has represented clients before all levels of the Swedish general courts as well as before the European Court of Justice. She also receives appointments as arbitrator.
Elsa Arbrandt graduated with a LLM. from Lund University with studies in International Finance Law at Queen Mary and Westfield University (UK) (1997). She also holds a PGD from Kings’ College (UK) in Economics for Competition Law (2011).
