Jomo Nyaribo is a Partner at MMAN Advocates in charge of the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He has over 13 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, with emphasis on commercial & corporate litigation, employment & labour relations, insurance, intellectual property, tax advisory and litigation, insolvency & restructuring practice, environment and land litigation, banking and finance, public procurement, arbitration and construction adjudication and judicial review matters.
He has extensive practice in all tiers of the court system, being the Supreme Court of Kenya, the Court of Appeal, the High Court, the Environment & Land Court and the Employment & Labour Relations Court and other subordinate courts and tribunals.
Jomo has acted as counsel for both local and international clients. An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Jomo is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the International Bar Association and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
