Carla Wiedeck covers a wide range of legal fields and advises clients from various industries, as diverse as companies from the air freight, technology, retail and catering sectors. She focuses on cases relating to corporate compliance and corporate governance, such as antitrust or data related litigations as well as manager's liability. Clients praise her for her strategic mind and her efficient handling of complex cases and multi-party disputes.
Carla studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Grenoble (France) and has a strong academic background regarding international law. During her studies, Carla gained extensive experience not only in civil, but also in commercial criminal and particularly public commercial law – working as a research assistant at the University of Freiburg where she received a Ph.D. in law.
As a member of Hogan Lovell's 'Legal Tech' working group, Carla promotes innovative developments for cutting-edge legal services. Further, Carla forms part of several international women's networks and is a member of the Munich Diversity-Committee.
