Florian von Schreitter is a Senior Associate at Hengeler Mueller and advises both domestic and foreign clients on all aspects of German and European competition law. His practice covers, in particular, merger control cases, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, compliance advice, training and audits, as well as all aspects of the day-to day business. Mr. von Schreitter represents clients before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office as well as before the European and German courts, with a particular focus on administrative fine proceedings and civil litigation related to antitrust.
Mr. von Schreitter studied at the University of Bonn where he also received his doctorate in 2012. He was admitted to the bar in 2013. He is author of numerous publications, in particular regarding German and European competition law.
