Aleksandra Kuc-Makulska has been a member of the Intellectual Property, Media and Technology Department at Hogan Lovells in Warsaw since 2007.
Aleksandra advises and represents clients in trademark infringements, and unfair competition matters before general courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court. Aleksandra has extensive experience in litigation before the Polish Patent Office and administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court, including oppositions, revocations, and invalidity actions. Aleksandra advises in connection with transactions, as well as providing on-going legal services. She drafts and negotiates all types of contracts concerning trademarks, designs and patents. In 2011, Aleksandra worked for two months in the Hogan Lovells Alicante office in Spain on matters pending before the OHIM.
Aleksandra has been a legal advisor since 2010, and a trademark and patent attorney since 2017.
