Patricio Quevedo-Vergara’s practice is focused on corporate law, labour, regulatory matters and alternative conflict resolution. He participates in the team that advises and represents clients before administrative and judicial authorities regarding labour, civil, commercial and administrative matters. He also participates in national and international arbitrations.
Patricio also advises local and foreign companies on a variety of corporate, regulatory, labour and social security matters.
Patricio has been a member of Pérez, Bustamante & Ponce since 2013. He was legal advisor at the Industry and Production Chamber (February 2011–April 2013). He has served as a director of the CIAM International Arbitration and Mediation Center (March 2012–August 2014) and as arbitral secretary of the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of Quito’s Chamber of Commerce (July 2016–present).
Patricio graduated as an attorney from the University of the Americas in 2011. He holds an LLM from the University of California Berkeley (2016) and a certificate in Business Law (2016).
