Anastasia is a senior associate with CIS London & Partners specialising in Competition law. She is a Russian qualified lawyer advising businesses on compliance with Russian antitrust legislation requirements.
Having worked for over six years for the Russian competition authority (Federal Antimonopoly Service), Anastasia gained significant experience in antimonopoly control issues on both financial and goods markets. Her sound understanding of the regulator’s requirements allows her to reveal signs of unfair competition in market participants’ actions and identify for her clients those business cases in which approval of the Russian competition authority is required.
Anastasia has also worked in Russian banks and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and is experienced in banking legislation in relation to the activities of Russian financial institutions.
Anastasia graduated as a Russian qualified lawyer from the Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
