Moritz Am Ende is a contract partner of Starlinger Mayer attorneys-at-law. As a German attorney (admitted to the bar in Frankfurt am Main) enrolled in the list of established European attorneys of the Vienna Bar, he advises clients on all matters of Austrian and EU competition law, as well as on general EU and EEA law. After graduating from the University of Constance, Moritz first worked as a research associate for Prof. Carl Baudenbacher at University of St.Gallen HSG’s Institute for European and International Business Law. From 2007 to 2012, Moritz served at the EFTA Court in Luxembourg as head of cabinet of the President, Prof. Carl Baudenbacher, where he worked on a wide range of EEA law issues, including abuse of dominance and State aid cases. He has published on numerous topics of European economic and business law; inter alia, he is a co-author of the section on the procedure before the European courts for the Munich Commentary on European and German Competition Law.
