Natasha joined Herbert Smith Freehills as a senior associate in the firm's corporate team in 2007. She has previously worked at top international law firms in Bahrain, London and Australia where she qualified as a solicitor in 1997.
Natasha has a broad range of corporate and commercial experience and specialises in general corporate matters, financial services regulation and investment funds. Natasha has a broad range of contacts within regulators such as the Dubai International Financial Centre Authority, the Dubai Financial Services Authority, the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority, Nasdaq Dubai and the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority. Her experience includes advising clients on DIFC, DFSA and UAE financial services related regulatory issues.
