Tania Gray is a partner in the Disputes group. She specialises in corporate crime and investigations and financial services regulatory matters. Tania works with clients responding to regulatory investigations, undertaking internal investigations and developing compliance policies, training and programs.
Tania’s recent matters include acting for:
a major Australian retail bank in the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry;
assisting a major bank with its dealings with ASIC in relation to the collapse of a major financial services intermediary;
a global ratings agency in relation to a major securities investigation, and prosecution, against a former employee for insider trading;
clients in relation to ASIC investigations of benchmark rates (BBSW);
an ASX-listed company in an AFP investigation into foreign bribery;
a multi-national company in an investigation by the SEC/DOJ in relation to the application of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
