Dalma is a junior associate in our Dispute Resolution, Competition and Corporate practice groups, based in Budapest.
Her experience includes assisting in complex commercial, administrative, corporate and real estate lawsuits and commercial arbitration, as well as anti-trust and merger clearance procedures before the Hungarian Competition Authority. She has also been involved in various domestic and cross-border M&A and real estate related matters, as well as company restructurings and other complex transactions including due diligence processes.
Prior to joining us, Dalma gained experience at two other major international law firms and with a private attorney.
In 2015, Dalma was awarded her JD degree jointly from Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Hungary and University Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), France. During her studies, she was also a student trainee at the Criminology Department of ELTE and was awarded first prize in the Private International Law Section at the National Competition of Hungarian Universities (OTDK) in 2015. After completing her university studies she received the Hajnóczy prize for her academic activity at ELTE.
She is fluent in English and French in addition to her native Hungarian.
