Naida Čustović, Partner at Wolf Theiss and managing partner of the Sarajevo office, focuses on financial law, banking and financial services, in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the SEE region. She also has extensive experience in competition matters such as merger control and abuse of dominant position. Her expertise also includes the corporate law and domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Naida has advised various parties as financial institutions, government authorities, sponsors, international corporation in domestic and cross-border projects in CEE/SEE region. Naida studied at the University of Sarajevo, Faculty of Law and the Institute for Law and Finance at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Naida worked as an associate in the Law Office Čustović in Sarajevo and as intern at Allen & Overy in Frankfurt. Naida is admitted as an attorney-at-law to the bar in Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2010. She speaks Bosnian, English and German.
