Mr de la Torre has provided advice on securitisation (Spanish and Pan European transactions (CMBS, RMBS, CRE CDO and CDO transactions)), and has participated in many debt instrument issues (bonds, notes, subordinate debt, public-sector bonds, mortgage bonds and territorial bonds), derivative transactions and many issues of preferred shares and warrants. He has recently been involved in many issues of corporate and high-yield bonds.
He also has broad experience in advising private and public entities on financing transactions, both through syndicated and bilateral loans (financing corporate, leveraged and structured acquisitions). More recently, he has advised on acquiring distressed debt and non-performing loans (NPLs), both portfolios and participations in corporate loans.
