Alexander Gebhardt is an associate in the Gleiss Lutz finance and capital markets practice group. Alexander specialises in capital markets issues, including IPOs, capital increases and bond issuances and restructurings.
His debt capital market credentials include advising
Pfleiderer on the issuance of, and a consent solicitation relating to, a high-yield bond governed by German law;
Jefferies and Credit Suisse in relation to a high-yield bond issued by Löwen Play;
Wells Fargo in relation to a high-yield bond issued by Fresenius Medical Care;
Imperial Capital in relation to a high-yield bond issued by Soho House;
HORNBACH on the issuance of a corporate bond;
GSW Immobilien on the issuance of a convertible bond;
Robert Bosch in connection with its Debt Issuance Programme.
Alexander studied law at the University of Bayreuth, where he also completed additional courses in economics. He is admitted to the bar in Germany and has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2012. In 2015, Alexander was on secondment with a leading US law firm in London.
