Bertrand advised on the IPOs of Aerospatiale, Alstom Transport (proposed), Amplitude Surgical, Air France, Canal+ France (proposed), DBV Technologies, EDF, EDF Energies Nouvelles, Electro Power Systems, EULER, Euronext, EuropaCorp, France Télécom, Genfit (transfer to Alternext), Genticel, Innate Pharma, INSIDE Secure, Novagali Pharma, Orange, SMCP (proposed) SNECMA and Wanadoo. He advised Club Méditerranée, Danone, Groupe GO Sport, Olympique Lyonnais Groupe, Solocal Group, St Gobain, Théolia and Transgene in relation to their capital increases with preferential subscription rights.
He advised Holcim in connection with its listing on Euronext Paris in the context of the exchange offer on Lafarge.
He also advised Maisons du Monde, CEGEDIM, Labco and Rhodia in relation to their high yield bonds issues and Danone and Schneider Electric in connection with their Yankee bonds issues.
