Dmitry Ivanov is head of the firm’s Russia dispute resolution practice. He counsels clients on cross-border and domestic litigation matters as well as international arbitration and general commercial matters. He also represents clients in state commercial courts and arbitration tribunals, and advises on disputes in real estate, construction, and contractual corporate matters, as well as on bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
Dmitry also has extensive experience with international compliance matters, including investigations in connection with US FCPA and UK Bribery Act issues. He frequently works with the Morgan Lewis global compliance team on such matters.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Dmitry was a litigation associate at another international law firm. A native Russian speaker, he is also fluent in English and French.
