She focuses her professional practice on dispute resolution in and out of court, representing Portuguese and foreign clients in civil and commercial disputes (including national and international arbitration), insolvency and restructuring, consumer rights conflicts, competition and European law issues.
In recent years, she has advised on projects concerning commercial law (all litigation and arbitration aspects), restructuring and insolvency (representing creditors and debtors), disputes arising from breaches of competition law, disputes and arbitrations concerning sales agreements and agreements for the supply of goods and services, construction agreements, distribution agreements and agency agreements, disputes in corporate relations, advertising, industrial property, copyright and related rights, and insurance. She also advises the suppliers of goods and services regarding consumer disputes.
Between 1997 and 2003 she worked as an intern at F. Castelo Branco, P. Rebelo de Sousa & Associados - Sociedade de Advogados (Grupo Legal Português, AEIE) and at P. Rebelo de Sousa & Associados, Simmons & Simmons.
