Miguel Valle is partner at firm and is a renowned lawyer with ample experience in domestic and global transactions related with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, shareholder controversies, corporate and labour restructures, antitrust and in general commercial transactions.

He has been selected as lead counsel in a substantial number of transactions over the past 20 years, providing legal and business advice to Mexican and foreign companies, in a wide array of sectors, among which, he has been active in the chemical, automotive, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, advertising and service industries.

In addition to his strong corporate and M&A transactional practice, he has specialised in compliance and AML matters, providing clients tailored made advice to comply with international and local laws and regulations, through the implementation of policies and other self-regulatory measures, among others.

Additionally, he is member of the board of the Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa, Colegio de Abogados (ANADE – Mexican Association of Business Lawyers) and he has been professor in the postgraduate seminar of the Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados (Mexican Bar Association).
