His practice covers civil and commercial litigation, especially where it present an urgent or a cross-border dimension. Hakim has a large experience in dealing with mass claims litigation as counsel for the plaintiffs as well as for the defendants. He has also an extensive practice in enforcement of foreign judgments as well as in obtaining interim reliefs and protective measures or resisting to them.
